Tell us the workflow. We’ll tell you honestly if we can fix it.

Your first conversation is with an engineer who has built something like it before — not a sales team. Expect questions, not a pitch deck.

Send us a brief

We reply to every brief within one working day.

Thanks — your brief has been captured. Someone from the engineering team will be in touch within one working day. If it is urgent, email ai@xentinellabs.com.

What happens next

We read it properly

An engineer reads your brief, not a keyword filter.

A 30-minute call

We ask about the workflow, the constraints and the people affected.

A written response

An approach, a rough shape of effort, and an honest fit assessment.

Common questions

Small is fine if it is well defined. What we avoid is undefined and large — an open-ended brief with no owner on your side tends to disappoint everyone. If your project is too small for us to add value, we will say so and point you somewhere sensible.

Yes. We run distributed engagements with overlapping hours, a shared board and fortnightly demos. Most of our communication is asynchronous and written, which travels well across time zones.

You do, from the first commit. Repositories live in your organisation where you prefer that, and full IP transfer is written into the contract rather than negotiated at the end.

Often, yes. We start with a paid audit — architecture, dependencies, test coverage, security and operational risk — and give you a written assessment before anyone commits to a rebuild or a rescue.
